More Fake Hate Crimes

The homosexual militants are notorious for agitating for “hate crime” laws all over the Western world. In their attempt to stifle all dissent and silence all opponents, they are urging lawmakers to enact totalitarian legislation which makes any criticism of the homosexual agenda a “hate crime”.

Thus even quoting from the Bible can be – and is – seen as “hate speech” and punishable by the law. Of course the very concept of a hate crime is absurd to begin with. Obviously if you want to kill, steal from, or attack a person, you are not exactly acting out of love to begin with.

Moreover, it criminalises thoughts, not just actions. It politicises the law and turns people who have politically incorrect opinions into criminals overnight. But I have dealt with the dangers of hate crime legislation elsewhere:

And a big problem with all this is that anyone can make up a “hate crime” and cause all sorts of damage to innocent people. There would be plenty of militants out there who would consider my articles here to be one big hate crime, and would shut my site down in an instant if they could.

All because I dare to resist their attempts to destroy our society and impose their iron will on everyone, whether they like it or not. Anyone can be recklessly accused of such “crimes” and generally you are guilty until proven innocent. Indeed, the various racial and religious vilification laws also act this way: anyone can lodge a complaint, and the onus is entirely on you to clear your name.

Thus the rule of law is turned on its head, and militants seeking to shout down and shut down all opponents are given a free ride with these mischievous laws. And of course we have plenty of cases of fake hate crimes. I have been documenting these for years now.

The ungodly and immoral homosexual militants see no problem at all in simply making things up – that is, lying big time – to silence all those who dare to criticise their fascist agenda. Indeed, five years ago I was documenting this. See here for example: https://billmuehlenberg.com/2007/05/03/fake-hate-crimes/

And there have been plenty of cases since then. Let me here just highlight two of the more recent examples of this. It is shocking stuff, and we need to be aware of just how low these folks will stoop to straitjacket and lynch any and all opponents.

The first case involves a lesbian student at a Connecticut university. Here is how one news report covers the story: “The day Alexandra Pennell addressed an anti-hate rally at Central Connecticut State University about the anti-gay messages scrawled on her door, police had begun to question her claims.

“Twice the video surveillance system placed in Pennell’s room to help police identify the person responsible for scrawling the notes had been disabled, in one case just before a note was slid under Pennell’s dorm room door. Police say only after they set up a second camera in a hall closet — a camera that Pennell did not know about — did they learn the truth: Pennell had been writing the notes herself.

“The 19-year-old from Trumbull has been thrown out of Central and barred from attending any state university for five years. She also faces eight felony counts of fabricating evidence, eight misdemeanor charges of lying to police, eight misdemeanor counts of filing a false police report and one count of making a false statement to police. She was arrested May 2 and has been free on a written promise to appear in court. She has pleaded not guilty and is due back in court July 26 in New Britain.

“When first confronted by police about the notes, they say Pennell became defensive and insisted she did not place them on her door or slide them under her door. When Lt. Edward Dercole of the CCSU police told her of the second video camera, which captured her sliding one of the notes under her door, she said she had only left one or two of the notes, but she insisted the rest were real. When told the second camera had been recording for a long time, Pennell confessed to planting all the notes, according to the warrant for her arrest.

“She told police she faked the notes to get her roommate’s attention with the hope that her roommate, Siobhan Dooley, would spend more time with her. Dooley, who does not face charges, then gave police a copy of a letter Pennell had given her. In the letter, Pennell wrote that she started leaving the notes because she felt that all of her close friends were slipping away and that she also feared she was losing her girlfriend. She continued writing and leaving the notes, she wrote in the letter to Dooley, because of the attention it brought her, especially from Dooley and another friend.”

And also consider this recent case out of Colorado. The story begins this way: “A lesbian couple that claimed their neighbors spray painted ‘Kill the Gay’ on their condo are being accused by the police for doing the deed themselves. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office in Colorado has issued a warrant for Aimee Whitchurch, 37, and Christel Conklin, 29, for forgery, false reporting and criminal mischief.

“In October of 2011, the women claimed they were the victims of a horrible hate crime, saying that members of their Homeowner’s Association threatened their lives, keyed their car and left a noose at their doorstep. Last year, Conklin and Whitchurch made headlines after they publicly lashed out at their neighbors. ‘For someone to target us for our lifestyle – it’s ridiculous,’ Conklin said to 9News at the time.

“Conklin and Whitchurch had been together for four years and lived at their condominium in Parker for just six months. They said that their dogs were a point of contention with the community and that their Homeowner’s Association was accusing them of not picking up after the animals. ‘It ridiculous. We have a Mastiff and a Great-Dane, two of the largest breed dogs, if we didn’t pick up after them this entire place would be covered. It’s completely invalid. That’s just common sense,’ Conklin told the network.

“The incident drew lots of media attention, with support groups popping up online. Even the local chapter of the Anti-Defamation league sprang to their defense. ‘This is where we live. We should feel safe. I am afraid to walk outside my place now,’ Whitchurch said.

“But an investigation revealed that there was no plot to target the two women, it was all just an apparent cry for attention. ‘The two women involved were responsible for the words that were spray painted on the garage and the placement of the noose on their own front door. Through the investigation and from witness statements, it was determined that allegations of the incident were false,’ said Douglas County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Cocha Hedyen to KDVR on Thursday.

“‘Detectives were able to determine that the two women involved were responsible for the words that were spray painted on the garage and the placement of the noose on their own front door.’ The FBI quickly became involved in the investigation and the women’s palms were checked for spray-paint residue.”

So just how many “hate crimes” are really fake, or have nothing to do with either hate or crime? Probably most. But that has not stopped the gaystapo and their deluded supporters in high places from enacting these heinous laws, and stripping away freedoms from ordinary men and women, all because they will not bend the knee to the militants.

It is time to take a stand for freedom. And one way to do this is to work against all these lousy hate crime laws, and see to it that they are repealed and never again see the light of day.

  1. What’s encouraging about both these stories is that the police were not afraid to pursue justice.

  2. Dear Bill, The homosexual activists do not realise that some militant Muslims also want to change the Bible. The homosexual activists do not have a clue about the consequences of their actions.
