So what does Florida, mass murder, and Ramadan have to do with each other? Quite a bit actually. In another horrific jihad attack, some 50 people have been killed and over 50 injured in a homosexual nightclub in Orlando Florida. This great tragedy is still an ongoing story, but already we know some details.
One man with a number of weapons launched what was a well-planned attack. He was eventually killed by police. As one news reports states:
“It appears he was organized and well-prepared,” the chief said, adding that the shooter had an assault-type weapon, a handgun and “some type of (other) device on him.” Law enforcement sources told CNN that the device, which was strapped to the suspect, was possibly explosive, but authorities don’t know if it was real or not. A canine unit indicated there were explosives inside the suspect’s car as well, the sources said. At least nine officers were involved in the shootout, Mina said. Several coroner vans were seen traveling toward the nightclub…. Orlando authorities said they consider the violence an act of domestic terror. The FBI is involved. While investigators are exploring all angles, they “have suggestions the individual has leanings towards (Islamic terrorism), but right now we can’t say definitely,” said Ron Hopper, assistant special agent in charge of the FBI’s Orlando bureau.
Other reports identified the terrorist as Omar Mateen. Says one: “Police have not confirmed the identity of the gunman, but he is believed to be Omar Saddiqui Mateen. Mateen, 29, from Port St Lucie in Florida, was born in the US to Afghan parents. CNN is reporting that he had military training. ABC News reporting that he ‘came onto the radar’ of police, but was not the target of an active investigation.”
Another report said this: “Mateen was identified as a man who was a US citizen born in 1986 to parents from Afghanistan who lived in Port St. Lucie, FL, who law enforcement has characterized as having sympathy for, or ties to Islamic terrorism. The terrorist was well prepared with two weapons, including an assault weapon, and an explosive device.”
Of interest is that this shooting occurred during Ramadan. This year Ramadan runs from the 6th of June until the 5th of July. The Islamic holy month is thought by clueless Westerners to be just a time of peace, with fasting in the daytime and feasting at night.
But nothing could be further from the truth. As I wrote several years ago, Ramadan has historic ties with jihad and bloodshed. As I wrote back then:
Contrary to the belief that Ramadan is a time when no jihad or fighting should take place, it is the exact opposite. This month is in fact the time where Allah grants military victories to his followers through jihad. It is known in Islamic history as a key period for jihad. It goes back to year one in fact. But don’t take my word for it. Consider the words of one Islamic website on this: “Jihad is the summit of Islam. Its virtue is countlessly high, as mentioned in many places of the Koran and Sunnah. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: ‘Verily, there are one hundred degrees in Paradise which Allah has reserved for the fighters in His cause. The distance between every two degrees is like the distance between the sky and the Earth, so if you ask Allah for anything, ask Him for the Firdaus, for it is the last part of Paradise and the highest part of Paradise, and at its top there is the Throne of Beneficent, and from it gush forth the rivers of Paradise’. (al-Bukhari). “The month of Ramadan in the life of the Prophet (pbuh) and the righteous ancestors was a month of forthcoming. The greatest battles during the lifetime of the Prophet (pbuh) occurred in this blessed month, the month of jihad, zeal and enthusiasm. The first battle in the history of Islam was the battle of Badr. This event became a dividing line between the era of humiliation and weakness, and the beginning of the era of force and revival of the case of the Prophet (pbuh) and the believers. This day became a turning point in the spreading of the call of the Prophet (pbuh).”
So jihadist attacks and Islamic terrorism actually gets ramped up during Ramadan. And this is another frightful example of it. Of course the Islam connection will be downplayed by one and all, from Obama to the media to the usual dhimmi talking heads.
‘Just a lone wolf.’ ‘Just another workplace incident.’ ‘He likely had mental problems.’ ‘He was driven to do this by oppressive Islamophobia in America.’ ‘What he did has nothing to do with Islam.’ ‘We need stricter gun control.’ Indeed, we are starting to hear these lame mantras already.
And of course all of this makes for a major dilemma for the left and the mainstream media: Just who do they side with here? All the killed homosexual night clubbers, or the Muslim terrorist and killer? Both groups receive victim status and preferential treatment in the West.
Both are the darlings of the secular left. So when you have one group targeting another group, just who will be defended and exonerated here? Who will be sided with? It is a tough one I realise for many. I have no such qualms here.
No homosexual deserves to be killed, and all such attacks must be firmly condemned. But Islam, as I and others have stated over and over again, produces Islamic terrorists and Islamic terrorism. The political ideology of Islam is based on killing, terror and bloodshed, and Islamic terrorists are simply devout Muslims being faithful to Islam.
They are being faithful to the example and teachings of Muhammad. They are being faithful to all the commands to kill the infidels as found in the Koran, the hadith, and the sira. They are simply doing what their religion has taught them to do. But the West will just make excuses for all this as it always has been doing.
Thus we have here a real hate crime. But it is not a Christian hate crime which the secular left always talks about. This was an Islamic hate crime. It was a hatred of the West and a hatred of homosexuals. Yet all the elites can do now is ramble on about the need for more gun control. It is not more gun control that we need but more Islam control.
Since the 9/11 attacks of 15 years ago there have been 28,576 Islamic terrorist attacks. In this year’s Ramadan Bombathon there have been 60 attacks already, resulting in 472 deaths. This is what Islam does. And this is especially what Islam does during Ramadan.
Let us pray for all the grieving family members and friends. These people did not deserve to die this way. It is time the West woke up to the real nature of Islam.

Obama and the left (including the militant homosexual activist group the Human Rights Campaign) are already spinning this as a “gun control” issue. Obama (and others) can’t even employ the words “Islamic” “Muslim” or “terrorist”. I guess they’re really concerned that they can’t find a way to pin it on Christians…. Yet…. Because for the left, including the militant gay activists, it would appear that the murder of 50 people is far less damaging and frightening than the refusal to bake a wedding cake!!

I often wonder what God thinks when He sees things happen in this world and at times like this I’m glad it’s not me; I’m glad that He knows how to sort it all out.
God told us through Moses what was sinful and how society was to deal with some of them (can we divorce the two? God knows – literally 🙂 ) with murder (Exodus 21:12) and homosexuality (Leviticus 20:13) both being capital offences and homosexuality having the added tag of “abomination”.
But what also is sinful is worshipping someone other that the One True God.
So we have club which for over a decade has been a source of thousands of abominable sins and into it goes someone who rejects the true God but he murders fifty of these people because of their sinfulness.
All I can say is I’m glad I’m forgiven and that my sin will not be held against me.

Jesus Christ’s way of peace and grace, is far above the violent and legalistic Mohammedan’s and their solution to kill infidels and to hate gays and to look for victories in Ramadan. A tragic system of false teaching grips millions. And we all suffer. So many Imams are loose canons. And are ‘making the bullets for others to fire’.

News outlets are reporting the gunman made an emergency call to 911 just prior to the rampage (just in case his motive was missed or downplayed by the media?).
“In a 911 call around the time of the attack in an Orlando nightclub, the shooter pledged allegiance to ISIS and mentioned the Boston bombers.”
Statement from Mass. State Police:
“During a conference call with federal law enforcement officials a short time ago, Massachusetts State Police and other local law enforcement authorities learned that the Orlando nightclub gunman, during his rampage, pledged allegiance to ISIS and referenced the Tsarnaev brothers, the terrorists who exploded bombs at the 2013 Boston Marathon. In light of that information, the Commonwealth Fusion Center continues to share information and intelligence with federal authorities investigating the Orlando terrorist act as well as with police assigned to the Boston Regional Intelligence Center.”
A priest who said Mass today at St Mary’s Cathedral in Perth said that the difference between Christianity and other religions was Love. Although he didn’t make a direct reference to Islam or the Orlando massacre he was reminding the congregation that you must hate the sin but not the sinner because hatred of people leads to what we saw in the Orlando gay bar and the Paris nightclub. Both were the fruits of Islamic belief whether it is admitted to or not. Islam is right when its says homosexuality is a filthy unnatural act. The Bible says the same but Christianity does not justify murder. Our Lord Jesus told Simon Peter to put up his sword when he went to His defence after His arrest in the Garden of Gethsemane. Christ as the second person of the Triune God was the perfect example of love and mercy. Mohammed wasn’t!

Perhaps we should take an overall view of Islamic terror attacks and their lethal toll. It soon appears that this sort of thing is a daily occurrence worldwide and pretty routine. According to >http://www.thereligionofpeace.com< during the first 7 days of Ramadan 60 Islamic terrorist attacks have taken place leaving 472 dead not including the Orlando dead. That is a daily average of 67.43. Also from 4 to 10 June there were 53 Islamic terrorist attacks leaving 401 people dead and 412 wounded which is a daily average of 57.9 dead and 58.86 wounded. Over the 15 years since 9/11 there have been 28576 Islamic terrorist attacks. If we by these figures take it that each attack caused an average of 7.8 deaths the telly is approximately 223000 deaths and somewhat more wounded many of whom will never walk again, all this since 9/11.
I have heard it said that the Islamic advance worldwide since Mohammed took the lives of 170 million people. If this is true then Islam has meant the murder of 332 people on a daily average over the 1400 years since its inception. Fifty Americans dead and a similar number wounded is indeed a terrible tragedy, yet for the religion of peace worldwide it is no more than a daily routine.
