Leaders Leading Us to Oblivion
The Australian Prime Minister is completely out of touch:
There are numerous reasons why it can be argued that Anthony Albanese is the worst Prime Minister Australia has ever had. If not the worst, then certainly in the top two or three. Everything he touches seems to turn to ashes. He is destroying the economy, bringing in countless migrants, aiding and abetting rampant antisemitism, and is clueless about what really ails our country.
Plenty of commentators can be called upon here, but just one will suffice. Peta Credlin rightly said this about him just recently: “Anthony Albanese is weak, out of his depth and, I’m sorry to say, intellectually not up to the challenges ahead as the world becomes more dangerous.”
His latest act of idiocy is to again participate in the decadent Sydney Mardi Gras march held this past weekend. He had become the first sitting PM ever to do this, going back to 2023. And he still can’t stay away from this – all the while he is doing nothing about Communist Chinese warships circling our nation firing off live rounds. We are so glad that his priorities are in order.
The debauched march in Sydney was just like it always has been: plenty of perversion, fetishes, leather, sleaze, and ugly anti-Christian hatred. One man was dressed like Jesus Christ in a skirt, with arms up like he is being crucified on a tree. And another was dressed up in Aboriginal garb with a spear pointed at him, wearing a skirt and kinky red boots.
This is ALWAYS how it goes: mock, vilify and demonise Jesus Christ and Christianity. But NEVER, EVER do the same about Muhammad and Islam. They would never dare to attack Muslims this way, but it is always open season on Christianity. I thought we had federal and state laws which clearly state that this sort of thing is not allowed!
And of course there is Albo, proudly marching with these folks, with a big grin on his face. And the real madness of all this is that Albo is always seeking to win various minority groups, especially Muslims. He is doing everything he can to maintain the Muslim vote in Western Sydney.
Um, have his advisors ever bothered to tell him that Islam does not look all that favourably on things like homosexuality? Muslim majority countries will never have a homosexual pride march, but they will quite readily toss homosexuals off tall buildings.
But he thinks this annual event is just really neat. As reported in the Daily Telegraph, he said this: “I’ve been doing this (coming to Mardi Gras) for many decades now, just about every year since about 1984, so for 40 years. But it’s fun. It’s a celebration, and it shows a commitment to respect people for who they are.”
Respect Albo? Really? How about respecting ordinary Australians who are really struggling right now to pay their mortgages, pay their bills, and put food on the table. They may not care what adults do in private, but they really are not interested in these debased public displays, and using our tax dollars to boot.
Where is the respect for Christianity? It is still the main religion in Australia. Where is the respect when Jesus Christ is dragged in the mud with these despicable and vile attacks on him and what he did for us at Calvary? And where is the respect for Muslims, whose votes you are so eagerly chasing?
Spare us this baloney about respect Albo. Thankfully there were some public figures who were not thrilled with all this. Victorian Senator Ralph Babet for example was having none of this garbage. He made several social media posts about the event:
This weekend, Prime Minister Albanese marched at Mardi Gras, once again proving there’s no minority group he won’t pander to for votes. Virtue signaling at its finest.
If it were up to me, I’d cancel the event altogether. Keep your private life private, no one needs to see people openly flaunting sexual fetishes or parading half naked through public city streets.
It’s tacky, indecent, inappropriate, and frankly, an embarrassment. Enough is enough.
The Prime Minister is a weak feminised beta male. He is not fit to lead.
And again:
There’s nothing PM Albanese won’t do to appease minorities. Days ago, he was praising Muslims and Ramadan, previously he’s worn a turban to pander to Indians, and now he’s marching in Mardi Gras.
He stands for nothing, just an opportunistic politician chasing votes. This is the kind of leadership destroying Western civilisation.
Men like Albanese have got to be removed from power. The world is changing. We’ve all had enough.
Finally a politician with some guts and some common sense. And of course there have been some others speaking out against this taxpayer-funded perversion. Lyle Shelton of Family First said this about the pride march:
During the LGBTI “marriage” plebiscite, leaders of the Yes campaign like Alex Greenwich said it was a “furphy and a red herring” that children’s gender would be the next target. Last night he was fighting for the gender clinics to be allowed to continue to inject kids with puberty blockers and cross sex hormones and cut off healthy body parts. LGBTI political activists are liars and children suffer as a result.
Vote 1 Family First.
He also said this: “The Chinese Communist Navy is in the great Australian Bite & the PM is at an event that tells children their gender is LGBTI fluid. He is an external & internal threat to our nation.”
Yes, Albo is a far left radical who does not give a rip about what most Australians care about: family, faith, and freedom. He simply wants to push every hardcore progressive cause there is, and to hell with the country. Thankfully there is a federal election coming up any week now, and the voting public will hopefully send him and Labor a very strong message that they do NOT approve of his hardcore socialist agenda.
One used to think that a Prime Minister would be fully concerned about real issues, such as the cost of living, and the defence of a nation. But not old Albo – he simply wants to ride the leftist ideology bandwagon and see it fully become the law of the land here in Australia.
Great way to destroy a nation mate. Hopefully very soon the electorate will turf you out of office. It cannot come too soon.

Dear Bill, Thank you for your excellent article. Australian society HAS sunk very low when it tolerates a PM who participates in a gay Mardi Gras display which blasphemes our beloved Saviour Jesus Christ. Albanese is an absolute disgrace.
Thanks Bill for speaking out about our weak leftist leader trying to get votes.
Albo reminds me of King Belshazzar of Daniel 5 where the Bible says he seen a hand writing on the wall which Daniel interpreted in verses 26-28 to mean ‘God has numbered your kingdom and finished it. You have been weighed in the balances and found wanting. Your kingdom is divided and given to the Medes and Persians.’ In other words I agree with you Bill, Albo’s leadership is up and will be given to others who know how to rule this country.
Not sure if the link will prevent this posting but the article at https://www.news.com.au/lifestyle/real-life/news-life/christians-react-to-disgraceful-mardi-gras-image-defund-the-event/news-story/0d2c1678d0c0774968f73747256ab792#comments has some very interesting comments:
Christianity and conservatives are blamed for ‘silencing’ and ‘oppressing’ LGTP folk, why should such folk respect those whose faith doesn’t respect them (or rather their choice of lifestyle), THEY don’t like it when LGTP folk can finally stand up against religious oppression, churches should be taxed, religion is manmade, Christianity abused Aborigines, missionaries stole Aboriginal land, tax churches, who cares – YHWH is a pre-Abrahamic sky god (sic) so don’t be offended because it’s made up, churches should pay taxes on their businesses, a fringe minority (Christians comprise 44%) have no right to dictate what the rest do, if religious groups don’t like it and want to impose their narrow views on everyone else they should lose their tax free status …
Apparently hate crimes and disrespecting Christ and Christians are fine, the real problem is those who don’t support it.
This level of hatred of Christ, Christianity, and Christians is rather disturbing. It’s increasingly easy to see how a country can flip from ostensibly Christian to radically anti-Christian within a generation or so! There are folk who still insist Nazi Germany for instance was a Christian country, but looking from pre-WW1 Imperial Germany to WW2’s Third Reich, it’s easy to see how the Christianity that existed was increasingly thin – where it existed, and culture only, with real Christianity far far rarer! How close is Australia to making the same flip?
Thanks for that Andrew.
The lack of leadership is far worse than our PM endorsing the Mardi Gras. The Arts or Yartz as a Barry Humphries character once called it, have been captured by cultural gatekeepers who are more like commissars from the Ministry of Thought Police, with apologies to George Orwell, e.g., if you wish to enter a script for the screen to the bodies (institutions) that host these things and if your script has reference to another culture apart from your own, it must be accompanied by a letter from an exemplar of that culture (read Aboriginal), explaining that you are politically and/or culturally correct (identity politics). If things are crook in the film industry, the publishing industry (fiction) is worse.
As a native born Australian with decades of experience in Aboriginal cultures, far more than any city-based cultural gatekeeper, I can not get my writing through the door. The fact is that per capita, there are more Aboriginal Christians than any other group in Australia (reference recent Census data) and yet, Christianity is repressed by the gatekeepers. This contradiction yet to dawn on the many.
The acknowledgement to ‘Traditional land and custodians on which our office is built’, etc is a sop to those who must not be offended at any cost, much less if it should reveal the real story of contemporary oppression which is supposed to be the effects of colonialism, but in reality is more often the effect of domestic violence and long-standing feuds between families (not at all that difference from non-Aboriginal).
There are thousands of Aboriginal people throughout the land who would disagree with Anthony Albanese’s policy and yet the media fawn to him at events like the Garma Festival, where he is supposed to be the saviour, leading from the left, of course, into the Promised Land.
Anon, I loved the acknowledgement found in this piece: https://billmuehlenberg.com/2023/09/16/colonialism-and-the-voice/
“We acknowledge the British Empire as the creators of this Nation, laying the foundations of Civilisation in this Country.
We recognise our continuing debt to the British and Western European Civilisation, and thank them for introducing the rule of law, freedom of speech and association, a spirit of enquiry and advancement, and defence of faith and free enterprise that is the bedrock upon which is built the sovereignty, wealth, prosperity, wisdom and liberty we enjoy today.”
Curiously enough the folk that promote the offensive and legally dangerous Aboriginal acknowledgement refuse to tolerate this acknowledgment of reality.
As regards publishing Aboriginal fiction – absolutely not my cup of tea so I’ve no clue what that’d entail, have you considered going the independent route? Something like Amazon Kindle allows almost anyone to publish without requiring a personal reference or details about how you meet identity politics requirements. There’s also Kindle Unlimited – a monthly subscription library, which allows for a wider audience than the traditional buy to read model, though the revenue may be less. You can of course do both if you prefer. Print on demand physical copies are an additional option, as are audio books, but all these options are less common. Not sure if this helps or not, and you may prefer alternatives to Amazon, but perhaps something to consider? Hope this is useful.
This page has kept track of how things have gone downhill following the same-sex marriage plebercite, when Jim Wallace said, “If you cross this line, you won’t be able to defend it”

Hi Bill, thank you for your informative and non-partisan articles.
“Beta male characteristics”, as mentioned by Victorian Senator Ralph Babet;
Easygoing, patient, and caring
Kind, thoughtful, and supportive
Not competitive
Friendly and warm
Comfortable with emotions and intimacy
Respects leadership
Loyal
Does not have a big ego
Struggles with saying “no” and being firm with boundaries
Collaborates and cooperates with others to make a decision
These are not exactly leadership characteristics, we so desperately need in these often self-inflicted, times of trouble!
Blessings and hope in Jesus Christ,
to all, and remember, your vote counts!
Eric
Thanks for this article, Bill. But please tell Lyle Shelton, it’s the Great Australian BIGHT, not BITE…!
