Canberra trans insanity reaches new heights – or lows:
All that is wrong with the world is very nicely encapsulated in a recent exchange in Parliament House, Canberra. It tells you everything you need to know about the utterly decrepit state of woke idiocy running amok among our bureaucrats and law makers.
I refer to the complete inability of Dr Anna Cody, the federal Sex Discrimination Commissioner, to answer the most basic of questions about sex. Here she is, a PhD with a cushy $400,000+ annual salary that we taxpayers have to pay for, yet she sits there in a Senate question time unable or unwilling to tell the nation just what sex is, and what male and female mean.
Liberal Senator Claire Chandler was asking Cody about a convicted male paedophile and sex abuser (he molested his own 5-year-old daughter) being allowed to serve time in a women’s prison. Here are parts of the discussion:
Chandler said this: “You’d be familiar with the Victorian case of a male paedophile being housed in a women’s prison. It’s been in the media in the last week. For the purposes of the Sex Discrimination Act, do you consider that this man, who is a child sex offender, is a woman?”
Cody answered: “There are a range of people who identify as women who are women. The Sex Discrimination Act includes trans women within it, so, the person who I believe you’re referring to is a trans woman.”
Chandler said this: “Last time I checked, a woman is an adult human female with XX chromosomes.”
And Chandler asked her this question: “Did you mean that biological males can be women?”
Cody answered: “I think we have different language that perhaps you’re using that I don’t use, so I don’t understand the term ‘biological men’.”
Chandler replied, “Right, this might be a short bunch of questions then.”
Cody of course was behind the appalling decision in the Tickle v Giggle case in 2024, in which transgender woman Roxanne Tickle argued she was discriminated against by Sall Grover’s women-only app Giggle. Cody ruled in his favour.
And Chandler commented on this exchange the following day: “Dr Cody, I’m the minister for science, so let me explain it to you. A biological male has XY chromosomes, and a biological female has XX chromosomes. It’s that simple.”
It is not enough to say – as many now rightly are – that Dr Cody should resign from her role, if she does not know the basics of human biology. The entire office of the Sex Discrimination Commissioner should be abolished. What we have there are woke wonders who are fully deluded by trans madness and who are seeking to force it down all our throats.
As Rachael Wong of Women’s Forum Australia said, “This is why we have MALE PREDATORS in women’s prisons.” And again:
“Commissioner, your role was established to protect the sex-based rights and needs of women and to ensure that sex discrimination is identified and addressed wherever it arises. The placement of male offenders, particularly male sex offenders, in women’s prisons is a clear case of sex discrimination against female inmates.”
When that results in male sex offenders and paedophiles given a free rein in female jails, then this complete violation of women’s rights MUST be nipped in the bud – pronto. As Lyle Shelton Family First put it:
“Meet Dr Anna Cody. She’s paid $400,000 per year plus super to be the federal Sex Discrimination Commissioner. She doesn’t know what a woman is. She even thinks a convicted male paedophile can be a woman. Both Liberal and Labor think we need the Australian Human Rights Commission.”
The Sex Discrimination Act of 1984, following on from the 1979 Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, were both meant to protect the rights of women. But with these radical ideologues now in charge, women are the last ones having their basic rights protected and championed.
But at least paedophiles and male sex offenders are getting a free run. Shame on the woke Labor and Liberal Governments for fomenting all this madness, and shame on Dr Cody for putting the rights of rapists and paedophiles ahead of the rights of women.

I saw the session, and it surely does highlight many of the problems we now see in our Nation.
I am totally convinced that some of these highly paid MP’s are totally disturbed. That exchange of dialogue of the sexes makes no sense whatsoever.
Is a Drag Queen who uses the pronouns ‘she’ and ‘her’ a woman ?
Is a Drag Queen who uses the pronouns ‘them’ and ‘they’ a woman ?
Is a Drag Queen who uses the pronouns ‘he’ and ‘him’ a woman ?
So called transitioning to a different sex can be a get out of gaol card.
Remember Bradley Manning had been sentenced to 35 years in prison for passing hundreds of thousands of classified military documents to WikiLeaks.
A day after sentencing he asked to be referred to as a woman. After serving just 4 years of his 35 year sentence, he was released.
