More On Lindsay Clancy

Where is the justice, the morality, the logic and the civility?

The ongoing political, legal, moral and spiritual fallout over the Lindsay Clancy case continues to bubble along. Where it will all end is unclear at this point. But plenty has been said and will be said about it. Here I offer further bits of commentary from various voices. First, a few thoughts of my own:

The moral and mental idiocy of claiming males cannot speak out when a mother kills her children:
-It takes a male and a female to produce a child.
-Even if a mother hates her own children, that does not mean the father does.
-Men can get postpartum depression as well.
-Murder is always wrong, and all people (both male and female) should condemn it.
-Men and women should do all they can to protect and safeguard children.
-Regardless of your sex, the first human right is the right to life.

“What about empathy for Lindsay Clancy’s kids?” is a well-intentioned question, but it’s not the right one. Justice is not a matter of whom we feel more deeply for. It’s a matter of what is true and what is right. You can see how a society that loses any sense of truth and righteousness would opt for making judgements on how badly they feel rather than objective standards of morality. But all empathy-based justice is just partiality masked as compassion. Partiality is the opposite of justice. We should feel burdened for those sweet children. We can also feel sympathy for the struggle of depression. But at the end of the day, none of these feelings matter when making judgments. All that matters is what is true, and what is right. What is true is that Lindsay admitted to murdering her children. The defense has not argued otherwise. She did so with intention, planning, and relentless determination. What is right is punishing a crime swiftly and proportionately. People think an increase in empathy is always a good thing, but it’s not. It has the ability to obscure our judgment. Stick to the truth instead.

Callan Clancy was only 8 months old. On January 24, 2023, his mother strangled him and his two siblings with exercise bands. Cora, 5, and Dawson, 3, died that night. But Callan survived long enough to be taken to the hospital. He arrived at the Plymouth ER in cardiac arrest. Doctors fought to save him. They gave him epinephrine, restarted his heart, intubated him, continued CPR, and flew him to Boston Children’s Hospital. His heart was beating, but his brain had suffered catastrophic damage. His Glasgow Coma Scale score remained a 3, the lowest possible score. His pupils were fixed and dilated. There was massive swelling in his brain from oxygen deprivation. Ligature marks remained around his neck. Doctors performed the brain death protocol twice, 24 hours apart. Callan never breathed on his own. He never responded. On January 27, after his father was consulted, life support was withdrawn. Callan was pronounced dead at 11:18 a.m. His heart continued beating for three days. His brain never recovered. Callan was 8 months old. That is why there was a third murder charge. Three days on machines. Three days while doctors fought for a baby who never got another chance.

Liberals: Of course we believe all women! Unless that woman admits to murdering her three children, then we don’t believe her.

I don’t understand. For decades, feminists have argued that women have full control over their minds and that even pointing out mood changes during a cycle is just male misogyny. Now, that entire argument is getting thrown out the window because the Lindsay Clancy defense is literally claiming in open court that hormones can turn someone into a deranged psychopath capable of child murder. It’s wild to watch that narrative completely flip. A not-guilty finding based on hormones and insanity would have crazy implications. For example, if hormonal states can legally erase accountability, why wouldn’t they also affect fitness for jobs, high-pressure decisions, firearms, and parenting? Courts cannot treat a woman as legally insane for the worst possible act and then pretend the same reasoning has no implications anywhere else.

38 yr old, Illinois mom, Corie Walsh, who was a Lindsay Clancy supporter hanged her 2-year-old son, whom she called the ‘anti-Christ’ — hours after discussing the Lindsay Clancy case with friends. Our country has shifted from “abortion is not murder” to, “murder is not murder” really quick. This is a direct result of downplaying the severity of abortion for years. Lessening the value of a child at any stage has created this.

The sympathy for Lindsay Clancy is not only morally repugnant and insane but dangerous. There’s no telling how many unbalanced women are now going to follow her lead. Pray for the children whose lives are now in jeopardy thanks to the retarded TikTok feminist hordes.

“Lindsay Clancy wasn’t a murderer before she murdered, therefore she’s not guilty” That’s really the entire line of argument from these idiots. Clancy was supposedly nice and wonderful before she killed her kids. This proves, somehow, that she’s not responsible for killing them. Somehow it hasn’t occurred to these people that a huge majority of the most barbaric killers in American history were described as “nice” and even “loving” before they went on their murder spree. That’s how psychopaths operate. This is nothing new. You dimwits.

Okay, just hear me out… A new reality show: “Lindsay Clancy Babysits Her Supporters’ Kids.” Same people screaming, “She’s not responsible! She was mentally ill! Have some compassion!” Okay. Great. Then drop the kids off. Suddenly I have a feeling that “compassion” is gonna develop some VERY firm boundaries. Funny how quickly opinions change when it’s your own children being left unsupervised. Just hear me out…

If women’s hormones are so dangerous then there shouldn’t be any: Female judges. Female doctors. Female teachers. Female politicians. Female nurses. Female daycare workers. Female police officers. Females getting pregnant. Female lawyers. Female social workers. Females voting. Absolutely never a female president. I said what I said.

Never did I think we’d be living in a world where murdering your children makes you a hero and demanding accountability makes you a villain. But here we are.

“Lindsay Clancy was on 13 psychiatric medications. The medical system failed her. She was a victim of overmedication.” That narrative has been repeated so often that people now treat it as established fact. It isn’t what the evidence showed. Lindsay was prescribed 13 different psychiatric medications over several months. That does NOT mean she was taking 13 medications simultaneously. The prosecution’s evidence indicated roughly 2–3 at a time. Then there’s the actual pill inventory presented at trial:
Zoloft: 30 prescribed — 23 remained
Ativan: 30 prescribed — 24 remained
Buspirone: 30 prescribed — 28 remained
Hydroxyzine: 30 prescribed — 27 remained
Buspirone refill: 30 prescribed — ALL 30 remained
Trazodone: 30 prescribed — 22½ remained
A pill missing from a bottle does not prove it was swallowed. But these bottles certainly do not support the image of a woman dutifully taking a massive cocktail of 13 psychiatric drugs at once….

When a man goes to prison for harming children, he becomes an immediate target of the other inmates. Because for violent criminals, hurting children is too low – even for them. When a woman harms children, she gets a fan club and a million dollars. Moral of the story: Even violent criminals have a stronger moral compass than liberal women.

Outspoken Samantha

The language being used to excuse Lindsay Clancy strangling her three children is the same language used to justify abortion at any stage, for any reason. “She was overwhelmed.” “She was scared.” “She didn’t have enough support.” Blame the man. Blame the system. Call her a symbol of womanhood. Once society normalized the idea that a baby in the womb is not a human being and can be discarded for any reason – excusing a mother who murdered her born children became the next logical step. Disconnect women from their babies, and that disconnect does not stay in the womb – it shows up everywhere.

Meet 38-year-old Bonnie Pierce. She ran out of her burning home in St. Paul last week, only to realize her toddler was still inside. Without hesitation, she ran back in. Firefighters found her 15 minutes later unresponsive on the floor of her burning house, her body wrapped around her baby’s. She didn’t make it. Her daughter did. Since everyone seems to have forgotten, THIS is what a good mom looks like.

I’m kind of amazed at all of the bloviating by wannabe lawyers about the Clancy trial, who understand nothing about the legal threshold for a “not guilty by reason of insanity” verdict. Nearly all murderers have some level of mental illness. That is only a legal defense under special circumstances, depending on state law. The fact is, Lindsay Clancy premeditated these brutal murders. The fact is, 3 little children are dead. The fact is, her husband Patrick will be haunted by the loss of his babies for the rest of his life. Let the legal system take its course.

They don’t just think about murdering their kids all the time, they also joke about it for engagement. Ticktok is turning countless mothers into monsters.

Melinda Richards

The reason this case is beyond shocking, is because this woman has become a symbol – on so many levels – on just how far we have fallen. We need to get back to basics. We are in a spiritual war.

The Lindsay Clancy trial has forced leftist women to admit that men will NEVER be women! You told men to shut up about Lindsay Clancy because they “don’t know what postpartum psychosis is.” Correct…they don’t ovulate, they don’t bleed, they don’t carry a child, they don’t deliver a child, they don’t crash into postpartum psychosis. That’s not bigotry…that’s basic human anatomy. You can’t scream “trans women are women” all year and then suddenly treat female biology as sacred the second a mother allegedly kills her kids. Either men can become women……in which case they get to speak on women’s issues. Or they can’t….in which case you just admitted sex is real.

Jade Warwick

Women are really out there saying “strangling a toddler is ok” because of ‘mental health’… same crowd who voted for late term abortions. Wake me up when women have morals again.

Nick Freitas

Angry women in my feed: “Men commit more murders!” A. The point is not only the murder but the SUPPORT you are giving the murderer. And B. Murders: 14,085 (2025) Abortions: 1,126,000 (2025) When you call ours murder and yours “healthcare” it really skews the stats.

The whole empathy thing began when the stakes were not so high. A counselee felt that her father was a harsh abuser, and not simply a strict disciplinarian—as the rest of the family thought. The counselor, trained to be empathetic, detached from the evidence, and he argued that the strong feelings of having been abused were “her truth.” But once you have “detached” from the airplane, you are in free fall, whether you are ten feet below the plane or a thousand feet below it. Once you have detached from evidence and objective realities, the crimes that you are overlooking can get worse and worse, and there is nothing that can be done about it. In fact, given the nature of sin and our fallen world, the crimes you are overlooking are going to get worse and worse. Once you have detached from objective standards, not only do you have trouble distinguishing one crime from another, at the end of the day you have trouble distinguishing one kind of empathy from another. Empathy, toxic empathy, suicidal empathy, psychotic empathy . . . it’s all one. So what is being sold to us as a liberation of the conscience, with the promise that we will have the sensation of flying, is actually something else. Scripture describes it as the “searing of the conscience” (1 Tim. 4:2).

  1. There seems to be a mass psychosis infecting women on the Left. They are particularly susceptible to these sort of social contagions. Ironically this is the culmination of 50 yrs of feminism inculcating victimhood and blame of men for their circumstances.

  2. Thanks Bill. The medication/pills Lindsay Clancy was taking reminds me of a husband who killed his wife in Australia in a rural area, maybe Victoria or southern NSW about 10 or more years ago. He couldn’t remember killing his wife when he rang 000 but they put the reason down to him doubling up on his meds.
My father before he died was given heart medication that made him dream of horror events even though he hadn’t watched any horror movies. I’m not saying that the medication made Lindsay do those deeds but they may have stopped her proper thought processes or made her act like a psychopath. Then even in Australia we’ve had fathers murder their own family then kill themselves. Lindsay tried to kill herself to end all the shame or make it look like she tried to kill herself. I still haven’t made my mind up on this one as other people have but it looks like she thought it ok to kill her children just like people think it is ok to kill the unborn right up to full-term.
