This Is Exactly Where All This Is Heading

I have to take some comfort from the fact that the prophet Jeremiah basically delivered the same message to a stiff-necked and dull-of-hearing people for some 40 years. Over and over again he made his warnings, but they fell on deaf ears for the most part.

Some of us have been warning for years about where the militant homosexual agenda is taking us, and sadly many people have simply not heeded the warnings. They have been told over and over where all this is heading, and one example after another has been produced – yet still very little response.

I have written an entire book documenting the war that has been declared on faith, family and freedom as more and more cases of militant social engineering take place. Indeed, I recently penned a piece providing over 50 more recent bits of evidence: https://billmuehlenberg.com/2012/05/15/homosexual-marriage-everything-will-change/

There I offered numerous cases from the past few months of people losing their jobs, being fined, or even thrown in jail for daring to defend heterosexual marriage, and daring to resist the homosexual activists. One wonders what more can be done – how many more warnings must be offered?

Just what will it take? Will it be when I and others like me are all languishing in prison, that we can finally say, “But we told you so”? How many Christian leaders will be rounded up, fined, fired or jailed, before people wake up to what is happening here?

Without doubt the greatest threat to faith, family and freedom today comes from the pink totalitarians. They have said over and over again what they plan to do – so when are we going to believe them? When will we finally wake up to what they are planning? Consider the latest clear example of this – it is utterly terrifying.

In Canada we now have a “registry of homophobic acts”. I kid you not. And any word at all which in any way says anything against the homosexual agenda will be recorded. If this is not the beginning of the end of free speech, freedom of conscience, freedom of religion, and freedom in general, then I don’t know what is.

Here is how one report covers this alarming development: “In what they are touting as a ‘world first,’ a Quebec homosexual activist group has launched a ‘registry of homophobic acts’ with support and funding from the Quebec Government’s Justice Department.

“Standing alongside Montreal Police Chief Johanne Paquin and Commander Alain Gagnon, the leadership of the group Gai Ecoute launched the anonymous tipster registry at a press conference today. Included in the definition of actions classified as ‘homophobic’ and deemed worthy of reporting to the registry are: ‘any negative word or act toward a homosexual or homosexuality in general: physical abuse, verbal abuse, intimidation, harassment, offensive graffiti, abuse, injurious mockery, inappropriate media coverage and discrimination.’

“A press release from the group says that anyone who has experienced or witnessed an act of homophobia ‘must’ report it to the registry of homophobic acts. Funding and support for the venture comes from the Quebec Justice Ministry’s department of ‘The Fight Against Homophobia.’ The Justice Ministry was tasked with fighting homophobia in 2008 and last year pledged $7 million to ‘anti-homophobia’ activities.”

Some Canadians are fully aware of the consequences of all this. Georges Buscemi of the Montreal-based pro-family group Campagne Quebec said the registry is a “means to instill a climate of oppression and fear to anyone who disagrees with any of the opinions of the homosexualist movement in Quebec. Anyone who might believe that a homosexual act is unacceptable at a moral level [will be sent a warning] that they will end up on a list. It is really about inciting a climate of fear using the media, especially with the presence of the police. Any criticism will be interpreted as homophobia and eventually down the road there will be consequences.”

Indeed, just go back and read again what is being proposed: “any negative word or act”. Let me say that again until it sinks home: “any negative word or act”. Any. That is pretty inclusive. That covers just about everything. No exceptions. No exemptions.

To say or do anything whatsoever which the militant homosexual lobby finds unacceptable will turn you into a potential criminal, with your name forever placed on this government list. Are you hearing me? Do you fathom the incredibly ugly depth of all this?

Any conversation. Any article. Any sermon. Any Bible reading. Any discussion. Any debate. Any off-hand remark. Any passing comment. Any joke. Any story. Any book. Any website. Any church. Any teaching. Any conference. Any class. Any seminar. Anything. I repeat: ANYTHING.

As Steve Jalsevac rightly states: “Quebec’s government-funded ‘registry of homophobic acts’ tempts one to question the very sanity of those who support this extreme, totalitarian measure. We have gone from, ‘if you don’t want to have a same-sex “marriage”, don’t have one’, and ‘why are you so upset about gay rights legislation since it won’t affect you?’ to now, threats of ‘you will be punished by the state, the courts and the police if you are reported by anyone to have said or done something critical of homosexuality.’ These folks are dead serious.

“Now do you see where this is all going? It is about far more than homosexual rights. It is rather about a hate-filled, revolutionary smashing of Western civilization and its foundational principles and institutions and a crushing of fundamental freedoms.

“Everyone is to be forced to accept the new sexual order or risk increasingly oppressive state, court ordered, institutional and employer determined sanctions. It’s happening already, all over the place across Canada, in the US and in Europe and elsewhere.”

We have seen such “hate” lists drawn up before. Remember Nazi Germany? Remember the Soviet Union. Remember Communist Eastern Europe? Remember Mao’s China? History is simply repeating itself here. Yet we seem to have learned nothing from history.

If things like this are allowed to proceed then please do not be mistaken: this really will be the end of freedom and democracy as we know it. We are witnessing this tyrannical behemoth crushing our very rights here and now. Just how many more warnings do we need?

Who will now finally stand up and be counted?

  1. One thing about human ‘mass psychology’ – the future is always assumed to be like the immediate past. We are all uniformatarianists to some degree.

ANYONE who studies history will notice that freedom is a fluke, brought about by Jehovah (Judao-christian) morality and is constantly being eroded by personalities who cloak themselves in moral ‘white armor’ but seek to be steal, kill and destroy freedom for the sake of their own power.

It just happens again, and again, and again…. and every time a minority see it and scream warnings at the rest of the people who just get really annoyed at how loud they are – its like we’re talking a different language.

  2. Yes, I just learned about that register today. It’s symptomatic of the hollowness of homosexual advocacy. The more desperate they get in silencing critical scrutiny the more evidence that they know in their hearts that homosexuality is a mistake. These registers will, in the long run, signal that homosexuality is not OK. Homosexual activism inevitably generates reasonable skepticism.

Yes hopefully all this will backfire in their face – before too many people are damaged by this insanity.

  4. Bill this is no different than the years we spoke against the “choice” voices re abortion. For years and years I have been writing and urging for people to wake up because we would reach a stage of legalised infanticide. Well we have. Abortion to 40 weeks is just that. Not enough people stand up and say NO MORE IT’S ENOUGH we are becoming not civilised but bestialised in our thinking and behaviours. Anyway keep going.

  5. In 1974, Richard Wurmbrand, a Christian who had miraculously survived years of imprisonment and torture in Romania, under the communist regime, which was also a product of materialistic and atheistic belief and who had witnessed scenes of the utmost cruelty and barbarity whilst in prison, was being interviewed in America. The interviewer asked him, “do you think American Christians are going to experience what you experience?”
“No,” he answered thoughtfully, “I don’t think it’s going to come. I think it’s already here; in America, I experience ten times more demonic spiritual oppression fighting to make me draw back (to keep silent) than I ever experienced in a dungeon.”
But silence is not enough to the gaystapo. Anything other than a standing ovation will be deemed by them as hatred. Not only that the Christian tender conscience being what is can be pushed to the extreme and encouraged into confessing not just a lack of love, compassion and care, but all manner of hidden hatred. And like the show trials in Stalin’s reign of terror, in Russia, the gaystapo will find the hatred – and we will confess.

  6. I think we must believe that anything we might think will happen, no matter how far fetched, how outlandish, will happen. Things that I thought impossible ten or fifteen years ago, regarding a plunge into madness, have long since gone and past.

  7. Quebec is the most secular province in Canada. Many of its once grand cathedrals and churches have been turned into houses, apartments, and condominiums…

  8. They have been banning many tv evangelists such as John Hagee for years as a result of any homosexual comments, and as per usual they are coming for total control of people’s minds and mouths because they cant stand to hear any opinion that is contrary to them. This shows the conscience of those involved in these things is so pricked and sensitive that hatred is all they can feel for those who respectfully disagree. Societies and group leaders are cowering to such behaviour no longer allowing venues to be rented and everyone fears the pro homosexual media and litigation not realizing that they are then discriminating against the majority of people who simply disagree and thus enforce the will of the militant homosexuals on our society. People need to realize that they were elected as leaders to lead strong and not pander to idle threats, shame but it will get worst it seems and we will be thrown to the lions for holding faithful to the Bible.

Just out of interest Bill, your thoughts on when a Christian ministry/church should go ‘underground’ with its work in such societies where our faith now breaks their laws?

  9. Remember the courage of Mordecai and where Haman ended up? Or closer to our time, Father Ten Boom, when told to go back to his home when they were all arrested in the police station for helping the Jews, proudly declared he would then open his doors again to the Jews. He died 10 days later in prison.

  10. Yes, all of this is really scary – but hasn’t this been prophesied for the ‘end times’, which I believe we are living in? I really think that most Australians are pretty fed up with the pink brigade but just keep their mouths shut. Having read many comments in the Newspapers following the so called ‘gays’ call to shut down the Salvation Army, I am convinced that most Australians are ready to voice their opinion which gives me great hope. In the meantime, we need to be prepared for whatever may come upon us as Christians, and believe in the promise, that we will never be left or forsaken.
    God bless.

  11. Hi

Ok this is very disturbing but how exactly does one stand and be counted?

  12. Good on you Bill for writing this.
For me, the most sickening aspect of this agenda – pushed by many who are NOT homosexual – is the satanic corruption of very young children, who in some parts of Canada are being indoctrinated in homosexual coupling at school and whose parents can be jailed if they try and remove their children from this foul corruption. Canada is amazing – people are so quiet and so polite and the culture is putrefying. A little-recognised sequelae of this social engineering is that innocent homosexuals – easily identified by their speech and often appearance – will be loathed and persecuted by people who view homosexual behaviour as perverse. This makes me so angry as I have friends who are same-ex-attracted but who are living chaste, Christian lives.

  13. At least I’ll have plenty of good friends with me on the list.

The whole thing is not just plain evil. It’s insane.

  14. Thanks again Bill, i have read that article before and went over it again and agree wholeheartedly with it.

I was looking for some more detailed info really, such as relevance to the militant homosexual agenda seeking to have Biblical Christianity abolished and the ‘when’ its gone to far and time to dissolve the legally registered side of the ministry/church.

Wisdom might suggest that some go underground early, from the few cases already happening and the lines of interpretation in the laws already, rather than risk God’s treasury as well as directors personal material and financials from loss in the first place.

Many of us would rather prepare for individual prosecution rather than organisational prosecution and thus avoid hindering the ministry mandate to win souls instead being caught up in stupid laws that make being a Christian illegal.

If this is so, what of the churches ability to solemnize marriages when they have no legal ability to do so? Should we send them off to a celebrant or an apostate minister who also weds homosexuals?

What of a Scriptural treasury? Where should the church meet, not having insurance to rent buildings? or should they set up and register some sort of cover organisation and secretly hold meetings under the illusion that they are doing otherwise? We have ‘music schools’ and more in china which are doing so and really running church meetings? is this being deceptive, where are the lines?

If the authorities try to arrest us should we flee or stay and face trial.

It would be great to see some realistic thoughts dealing with the moral side of everyday life as an ‘illegal’ church if you could as i definately feel its important to have such thinking settled in the minds of many if indeed we need to.
    Thanks
    Dorian Ballard

  15. Thanks Dorian

Yes those are all very important issues and questions you raise, and well worth carefully and prayerfully pondering, as we are even now moving from the need of civil disobedience to something maybe even worse, with the anti-Christian bigotry and persecution hotting up. So as I mentioned, I will need to pen a few pieces on this, given the rapidly changing landscape we find ourselves in. Thanks for the ideas.

  16. Hi Bill, Yes indeed this sounds like all the dangers you have been telling us about repeatedly. I gather that our names and comments as we add to your website will have been noted by the gaystapo and we can expect our front door to be bashed down some time sooner or later. I really take it serious, these people will stop at nothing. Like so many of your commentators spell out, history is repeating it self. As for the countries listed in your text that have list of those making anti-gay comments, you have missed out naming countries where fronts doors already are being kicked in for speaking out against such things.
    Bill Heggers, Perth

  17. Well, I’ll come right out and say it. When you have a large community of mentally distorted men who, in their closest relationships, are willing to abuse their bodies and psyche, and inflict damage to one another through perversity that lowers the average homosexual man’s life expectancy by twenty years, should you be surpised they would—as a community—gang up to force themselves on others? There is nothing new under the sun.

The men of Sodom, the Bejamites, and the collective body of practicing homosexuals today are defined by aberrance and forcefulness, men of poor judment and unrestrained sexual appetite. Among them perverse and harmful behavior is not the exception, as it is with heterosexuals, but is linked inseperably to the identity by which they are defined. There, I have said it. Put me on that list.

I will add, on an individual level, most homosexuals I have known were as kind, productive, and reasonable as other unbelievers. At the level of the group, however, I have repeatedely witnessed the majority follow the lead of an agressive core, and vengeance and domination sweep the agenda.

As Christians, our calling is to love our neighbors. Do not forget, however, loving the millions of neighbors in your area involves calling out sin for what it is, standing against evil, and being willing to take the heat when, at last, they want you to choose between their friendship and that of Christ. “Friendship with the world [the system of worldliness] is enmity with God.” [James 4:4]

    Michael Spotts

  18. Hi Bill, another timely reminder of what we are in for no doubt as the militants become bolder and bolder with each new insane law that adds to their cause.

What has concerned me however, is the apathy with our churches and in some cases the possible supporting of the militants. Jesus said “He who is not with me, is against me”. There can be no middle ground. I have found that in my endeavors to alert my church family to become proactive in combating the push for SSM, some are offended and request I no longer contact them in such matters which surprised me, but to be honest, It has been a long time since I heard a sermon warning of the dangers of homosexuality, so some may think its not such a bad thing……

I think many may be fearful of the possible consequences should they voice their opposition (to gay marriage etc.) however I believe most simply don’t realize the implications that will result if it (SSM) becomes a reality. Also the attitude seems to be “Its not affecting me, so why should I care?” It may not affect you now, but given enough time it will affect you or your children.

I will finish with the command from Leviticus 18:22 Do not practice homosexuality, having sex with another man as with a woman. It is a detestable sin.

There it is, what can be more plainer than that simple command? However even leaving the command aside, why do they refuse to believe the mountains of evidence that its not a good idea, especially as documented in Bills book, ‘Strained Relations’?

    Fred Merlo

  19. I can not believe all of the so called “christians” that believe that God has changed His mind on these matters because the times have changed. They believe that God’s Word is old fashioned and needs to be updated. How do we convince them that God’s Word will never change?
    Monica Craver

  20. Let’s all get on the list then. What are they going to do when there are ten million of us on the list. Throw us into prison?
    Roger Gray

  21. There is a wider agenda at work than that pursued by homosexuals. In the UK quite a number of prominent homosexuals have said they are against gay marriage, but the bandwagon rolls on. There is a wider constituency that wants to end all Christian and traditional morality.
    David Thornton

  22. How very true Monica, God’s word will never change. In just the same way that it is wrong to have sexual relations with a close reletive or an animal, it is wrong to have sexual relations with someone of the same gender. God didn’t say this to spoil our fun it’s because these things are bad for us.
    Hazel Percival, UK

  23. My dear friend, the one thing many people of this world do not accept, is that one day each one of us will have to stand before God and be held accountable for what we have done with Jesus and His teachings. The Word of God very clearly states that homosexuality is wrong. God is a merciful God and is always ready to forgive. Man needs to understand that he is temporal, while God is eternal. That goes for His Word as well.
