Will They Now Apologise?
Admitting to trans falsehoods and foolishness:
Back during the 2024 Paris Olympics I wrote about a male boxer who was beating the crap out of real female boxers. I discussed how Algerian Olympic boxer Imane Khelif was pretending to be a woman, and knocking out all sorts of females in his quest for Olympic gold.
One thing that quite shocked me was how many conservatives and Christians turned on me, and sought to defend this guy. They actually sided with him, and railed against me for daring to say that guys should not be in female sporting events.
As I wrote in one piece back then:
Everyone by now knows about the Italian boxer Angela Carini who ended up breaking down in tears and bowing out after just 46 seconds in Round One of a match with an Algerian boxer. As she sat in her corner the two-time Olympian shouted out, “This is unjust.” She also said, “I quit to save my life.” I am glad she did.
International outrage over putting women at risk like this was instant, and rightly so. Putting the word “woman” on a passport does not make a male a female. But let’s be clear about this: Even IF the exceedingly rare Intersex designation is correct here, these persons should NOT be allowed into the ring with a woman.
The International Boxing Association had already disqualified Imane Khelif (Algeria) and Lin Yu-ting (Taiwan) for failing gender eligibility tests. And Lin Yu-Ting was disqualified from the 2023 Women’s World Championships for testing positive for “XY chromosomes”. But the IOC was happy to let them waltz right in! And now women are paying the price for this.
Imagine women spending most of their lives training for this event, only to lose it all in such an unfair and unjust manner. Plenty have already spoken out against this. Tennis champion and lesbian activist Martina Navratilova said this: “Deplorable. This will not end well for the people in power who allowed this to happen.”
And NCAA champion swimmer Riley Gaines said this incident was “heartbreaking” and said, “This photo [of the bowed and bruised Carini] should haunt the IOC (but it won’t).” Aussie boxing star Tim Tszyu said. “Shameful. This is wrong.” https://billmuehlenberg.com/2024/08/02/violence-against-women-in-sport-and-the-need-for-moral-clarity/
And I concluded a follow-up piece with these words:
And this controversy will of course continue. But for me there are two main takeaways. There is something wrong about conservatives and Christians bending over backwards to defend the IOC on this. And it is always wrong to abuse women and seek to harm them. https://billmuehlenberg.com/2024/08/04/women-reality-and-sport/
Well, it seems we are now getting some real closure on all this. Biologist Colin Wright just penned a new article titled, “Imane Khelif Finally Admits the Truth—and the Media Still Won’t Say It”. The subtitle says this: “What was long obvious from evidence is now confirmed by the athlete himself.” He begins his piece this way:
After more than a year of obfuscation, denial, and misdirection by left-wing media, Algerian Olympic “women’s” boxer Imane Khelif has finally confirmed what was already obvious to anyone willing to look at the evidence: he has male chromosomes.
In a recent interview with the French sports outlet L’Équipe, Khelif acknowledged that he possesses the SRY gene, a gene found on the Y chromosome that initiates male sexual development in humans and other mammals.
Here is the key exchange during that interview (translated from French):
INTERVIEWER: So that we understand correctly, you have a female phenotype but have the SRY gene, an indicator of masculinity.
KHELF: Yes, and it’s natural.
That admission settles the matter. The SRY gene—short for “sex-determining region of the Y”—is what causes a mammalian embryo to develop along the male pathway. Therefore, Khelif admitting to having the SRY gene is a direct admission of having a Y (male) chromosome. https://substack.com/home/post/p-187097597
More on this admission comes from this article, which I quote in part:
Algerian boxer Imane Khelif has confirmed he has a Y chromosome, indicating he is biologically male. In a new interview with French sports outlet L’Equipe, Khelif also admitted to having elevated testosterone levels, which he says he has been medically suppressing under the supervision of a doctor.
Khelif has been the subject of extreme controversy since the 2024 Paris Olympics, after Reduxx first revealed that he had previously been disqualified by the International Boxing Association’s (IBA) Women’s World Boxing Championships after failing a sex test. The news sparked a firestorm of backlash, with the IBA coming out in opposition to the Olympic’s decision to allow biological males to box against women in Paris.
Attempting to address the controversy, the IBA held a press conference in August of 2024, repeatedly confirming that Khelif had failed multiple chromosomal tests. The IBA also revealed they had been barred from releasing the results of those tests by the Algerian Olympic Committee. It is reported that during the press conference, BBC journalists walked out in support of Khelif.
Despite the IBA’s findings, the International Olympic Committee allowed Khelif to continue boxing in the women’s 66kg category, where he ultimately took gold.
Since then, multiple leaked medical reports have been released, all of which indicate Khelif has a disorder of sexual development and is biologically male. One leaked report, which was drafted in June of 2023 via a collaboration between the Kremlin-Bicêtre hospital in Paris and the Mohamed Lamine Debaghine hospital in Algiers, revealed that Khelif is impacted by 5-alpha reductase deficiency, a disorder of sexual development that is only found in biological males.
The genetic abnormality influences the normal development of a child’s sexual organs. At birth, male babies impacted are often incorrectly assigned female due to the presence of deformed genitalia that sometimes takes on the appearance of a “blind vaginal pouch.” This disordered development typically becomes apparent by puberty, when impacted adolescents begin to experience signs of masculinization such as muscle growth, hair growth, and an absence of breast tissue development or menstruation.
In 2025, yet another test was leaked by Olympic press committee member Alan Abrahamson, confirming once again that Khelif has a male karyotype. Khelif has now admitted to having XY chromosomes for the first time in a new interview with French sports outlet L’Equipe. https://reduxx.info/algerian-olympic-boxer-imane-khelif-admits-to-having-male-chromosomes-for-the-first-time/
Yes, he is male. Yet when I and others pointed all this out back in 2024, we had all sorts of folks attacking us viciously. This included folks calling themselves conservatives and Christians. The only question for me is this: Will they now apologise for their attacks on us? Or will they still dig in their heels and deny reality, deny biology, and deny the right of females to compete only with other REAL females?
I will not hold my breath on their apologies.
[1118 words]

Deluded people seldom apologize because they feel foolish & try to hide it.
Conservative ‘Christians’?
In name only.
They are not Christian.
They are tares in the church, under the influence of humanism, looking like Christians but are not.
Real Christians repent.
Yes quite so Somerset.
You are 100% correct Bill, don’t hold your breath waiting for an apology, that is not in the nature of those, christian or not, who follow the woke agenda. Just look at Jacinta Allan. Allows men into women’s prisons, pay off the victim that was sexually assaulted by the man, but wont commit to reversing the evil policy.
Exactly right Ken.
I cannot believe there are so-called Christians in name only and conservatives who think that biological men can identify as women. What a lie from the devil. Thank you Bill, Somerset and Ken for your comments against this worldwide lie.
Pretty simple really…:
XY = male
XX = female
in every cell, and can’t be changed..
Correct David.
