Impartial judges have been replaced by woke wonders:
When the rule of law breaks down, then you know civilised society will not long last. When activist courts, judges, magistrates, legislators, and politicians all conspire against the citizenry, then the days of living in a free and just society are numbered.
The particular victims of this suffer, but so does all of society. And the examples of this are endless. We have had various doctors and other valuable Australian professionals kicked out of their jobs for daring to simply post pro-Christian comments and memes on their own social media pages.
For daring to say that a man cannot become a woman, that there are only two sexes, and that killing babies in the womb is morally wrong, there have been so many who are now looking to find new sources of income to feed their families. They have been victimised by these leftist, woke wonders.

But the stories of good guys being penalised and punished while bad guys get away with gross offences happens on a regular basis. Here is the most recent case of this. It involves a real pervert who targets vulnerable women, but keeps getting off scot-free by our liberal judiciary.
The story goes like this:
The victim of a Melbourne biomedical student busted for secretly filming women in public toilets is now fearful of her safety and can no longer use public restrooms. The woman is among an unknown number of victims, who university student Bao Phuc Cao recorded without permission in intimate settings in public facilities.
The 23-year-old was found with more than 100 videos on his phone but authorities are unsure if they’re all of the same or different victims, Melbourne Magistrates Court was told on Friday. The woman had gone into the public toilets at Chipmunks Playland & Cafe Docklands on February 20, 2025 and saw there was one other person in an adjoining cubicle.
As she used the toilet, she noticed an iPhone being held close to the wall near the cubicle and that it was recording. The woman became scared and panicked at the sight, leaving the toilets to call security who found Cao in the toilet cubicle.
And this was NOT the first time this man was involved in such horrific behaviour against women. But every time he was brought before a leftist magistrate, he just walked out free of charge! The story continues:
On Friday, Cao was sentenced to a 12-month adjourned undertaking without conviction where he must be of good behaviour and comply with his previous community corrections order. The offender had been sentenced twice before receiving a community corrections order – in July 2025 on the same matter and May 2025 relating to an incident in October 2024.
Under the principle of totality, the magistrate said his charge on Friday should have been bundled with his previous sentencing as it would have been unlikely to have impacted his prior sentence. Youth? How exactly is a 23-year-old man a youth? Oh, and other reports mention the magistrate citing “gender confusion” as her reason for the ruling. What does that have to do with anything? As Sall Grover said: “He told police he was in the female toilets because ‘he wasn’t sure about his gender…’ It’s literally the get out of jail free card for sexual predator men.”
And this was the third time he was caught doing this, but each time he received no conviction. What sort of corrupt and useless legal system do we have here? How do these hyper-left judges and magistrates get away with this? Again, a respected GP can post a comment extolling the virtues of marriage and family and lose his job, but a sexual predator like this just keeps getting off easy. What a sick and perverted justice system we have here.
Thankfully there has been a huge outcry over this travesty of justice on the social media and elsewhere. Even one mainstream news outlet was not staying silent on this: 9News Melbourne did a story on the man and called it out in no uncertain terms: “A serial sex creep is back on the streets tonight after he escaped conviction for a third time for up-skirting women in public spaces.”
When repeat offenders walk free while innocent citizens are penalised by the powers that be, you know that something is massively wrong. Indeed, do not get me started on the runway crime wave here in Victoria, with machete-wielding gangs terrorising families as they break into homes, steal cars, and cause murder and mayhem.
Yet it seems it is always the same old story: the crims and thugs are arrested, they get a wink and a nod from our failed justice system, they get out on bail, and they commit the same crimes over and over again. No wonder so many Victorians are leaving this state.
No wonder so many think that the criminal justice system here is a joke. Just how many more times will Bao Phuc Cao be caught for these ugly crimes? And just how many more times will these liberal magistrates show more concern for the criminal than the victims of crime?
You are so right, Bill, we have a sick and perverted justice system. It needs an overhaul like our education and medical systems etc as they have been overtaken by those trying to control us, divide us and take away our rights. It’s time to turn things around and get a class action and charge those left leaning judges with crimes against humanity for letting perpetrators free. People power. Fill our courts with lawsuites that the judges will have to keep the perpetrators locked up until they get through all the cases, something like that.

This crowd are the biggest hypocrites of all. And let’s not talk about the war.
There is so much going wrong in the UK and Europe, while Australia is asleep at the wheel. Even if One Nation causes an upset, it will take years to settle, ever. Maybe, Big Brother can be stopped, but Revelation doesn’t seem to think so.

The normal way to commence proceedings is by personal service, or service to a person’s address. Given Burns happily published my previous address to multiple third parties and called upon Islamic organisations to take action against me for my criticism of this violent religion, I’m not inclined to just provide him my new one.
However, Burns can feel free to flaunt his homosexuality to the followers of Mohammed as much as he wants. Please, go ahead.
But even though Burns admitted in court that he had not attempted to find my new address, or to serve me personally in accordance with the rules, the NSW Local Court has now decided that Burns does not have to serve me following the normal process.
The magistrate also, I am told, complained about the enormous impost of these proceedings on the NSW justice system. I tend to agree but would go further. They are an absolute waste of time and, as I have now spent about $1 million myself on them, I hate to think what the lawyered-up NSW government has thrown at this dumpster fire. Then there’s the bureaucratic cost of more than 40 complaints and associated matters in the ADB, NCAT, NCAT Appeal Panel, NSW Local Court, NSW Supreme Court, NSW Court of Appeal and even the High Court of Australia.
This is not the first time a magistrate has opined negatively about the usefulness of this litigation. I will point out here that these magistrates do actually have the power to terminate frivolous matters that are a waste of time.”
