The Islamic Republic of Sweden

How many articles have I written on Sweden and its Islamic takeover? Far too many, and it looks like I will keep having to do so. (OK, I just looked it up: I have 100 articles on Sweden on my site – and around half of them have to do with Islam.)

And another “for what it’s worth” item: I just typed the two words ‘Sweden’ and ‘Islam’ into Google, and the first hit was a Wikipedia article, while the second hit was one of my articles! It was this one:

On a regular basis we see new horror stories coming out of the once open, progressive and carefree Sweden. It is quickly becoming an Islamic nightmare where women especially fear to tread. Out of control immigration policies, and a refusal to make new arrivals try to fit in, embrace the values, and learn the language, means a nation within a nation has been established.

And the bulk of these newcomers are Muslims. They have brought their Islamic values with them – and they are not conducive to Western values like freedom, pluralism and democracy. Nor are they compatible with things like respect for women.

Thus women are especially suffering massively because of the multi culti political correctness of the Swedish and EU leadership. Rape and sexual assault are now becoming all too commonplace, and far too often they are carried out by immigrants.

Let me refer you to four recent articles on this. The first has this scary headline, “Multicultural Swedish town becomes hell on earth: A girl and two women tell their stories”. It begins:

Staffanstorp is a small town in Skåne, Sweden. After several violent incidents the town’s inhabitants, especially women, feel insecure, news outlet Fria Tider reports. The stories of the people of Staffanstorp went public after investigative journalist Joakim Lamotte visited the town. Previously the town was only known for a horrible knife incident, for which an Afghan migrant was arrested.
In front of Lamotte’s camera, Swedes describe the town as dangerous and full of violence, with gangs dominating its public space. One girl tells how she was sexually harassed and punched at her former school every day. “They locked me up in the toilet and hit me with bands. They punched and joked on me. It happened every day,” she says.
“Suddenly they came forward and grab my breasts. After I punched the guy, the whole family came and told me I’m a little horny and that I need to shut up. When I’m out with my dogs, they throw stones on the dogs,” she continues, pointing out that she is afraid of what will happen to her siblings and cousins in the future. A woman explains that the affected children urge their parents not to do anything, because the gang will take revenge on the children. Another woman tells how she was “brutally” beaten by a gang of 15 people.

The second piece is no better. It also features a sobering headline: “Swedish police warn lots of rapes will happen this summer and advise women not to go out late”. It begins:

After two rape attempts in Östersund this weekend, the police urged women not to go out late. They also issued a warning that “much like this” will happen this summer, Fria Tider reports. Two similar rape attempts took place this weekend, one on Saturday and one on Sunday. Police explained the same offender could be involved: A 175cm tall man, of about 25 years, dark haired and darkly dressed.
Police investigator Suss Braunerhielm said in an interview with P4 Jämtland: “This summer, more like this will happen, I think” she added that women “should be alert and preferably not go out late”. She added that people should accept the new situation and that they should take precautionary measures.

Another article deals with the issue of forced marriages:

The ostrich syndrome has taken hold of Swedish leaders and their European Union cohorts as the West has imported large numbers of people who engage in dangerous practices and hold to damaging ideologies. These people are harming Muslim women as well as infidels, who were once safe in the West. Now:
“Girls in Sweden are being advised that if they fear being taken overseas to be subjected to a forced marriage or Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) that they should hide a spoon in their underwear. ‘The spoon will trigger metal detectors when you go through security checks,’ said Katarina Idegård who is the development manager for the unit charged with tackling honour-based violence in Sweden’s second biggest city Gothenburg.”
The girls have a myriad of ways to get attention from security. Unfortunately, abused girls are often too afraid to draw attention and/or oppose their abusers, especially when the abusers are backed by communities that are complicit in widespread human rights abuses committed in the name of Islam.

And it is not just rape and sexual assault that has become such a big problem in the new multicultural Sweden – violent crime in general is also on the rise. A recent article describes the worsening situation:

January was a particularly violent month in Sweden. A 63-year-old man was killed in Stockholm by a hand grenade lying in the street. A Dutch exchange student was hit by a stray bullet during an execution-style killing at a pizza restaurant in Uppsala. In Gothenburg, a hand grenade was thrown into a flat and exploded in the kitchen — the same predominantly immigrant-populated suburb where an eight-year-old British boy was killed in a grenade attack less than two years ago. In Malmö, a grenade was tossed at a police station and exploded outside. So it has not, so far, been a very happy new year.
For Swedes, this has become a familiar theme. Gun violence is on the rise, with daylight shootings and without regard for bystanders. In the past nine years, reported and attempted murders involving guns have almost doubled. According to Swedish police, hand-grenade attacks (which were virtually unknown until a few years ago) are without parallel in countries not at war….
Yet it’s still hard for Swedish authorities to be frank about what’s going on. It’s widely known that gang members are mainly first- and second-generation immigrants, and problems are rampant in what police euphemistically refer to as ‘vulnerable areas’. Thus the gang wars serve as a constant reminder of Sweden’s failed migration and integration policies.

Wow, welcome to the new and unimproved Sweden. Clueless, or wilfully irresponsible and negligent leaders and politicians have turned this nation into a place where many of its own citizens – especially its female citizens – are now afraid to simply walk the streets.

As has been said too often already, immigration without integration is invasion. That is especially the case when the new arrivals come with quite different values and beliefs, refusing to abandon them and adopt those of the host nation. And that is exactly what we see happening in Sweden, and far too many other European nations.

RIP Sweden.

  1. Is there no opposition at all to the supine government in Sweden like there is in Germany with the AfD?

  2. There is a Swedish election that’s coming in September. Since I’m a Christian, I’ll be honest and say I’m a bit of an optimist. I’ve herd from Swedes that I’ve talk to that 70% of the country doesn’t want more immigrants. All I can do as a Christian is pray that many of them will make the right decision and vote in people who’ll crack down on all of this. I don’t know if you know this but the voice of Europe website has also reported that Italy seems to have formed a “populist” government and I had talked to an Italian Christian living in Italy and he’s hopeful their government is going to crack down on their illegal immigrants there and help Italy. I will continue to pray for all of the west.

  3. A just dessert.
It’s what happens when we breed ourselves into extinction.

  4. Gun violence on the rise in a community with stricter gun laws than the US – whoever would have believed it?

  5. Swedish people have always struck me as a little naive when it comes to all things European Union; even just three years ago, close relations were still saying that EU membership was a “good thing”. The EU has wilfully enforced flooding of countries with migrants, each nation’s government bowing down to the dictates of this political construct. Yes there may be hope now for Italy; and here in Britain we’re fighting to escape. Sweden, once a leader in sexual permissiveness, now airbrushing Christianity and cowed by rape gangs. They absolutely must wake up.

  6. Sweden was once part of the Scandinavian lands which in the early Middle Ages gave Europe the Viking scourge and its next generation, the Normans of Normandy and, later, Sicily. Today, apparently, the Berserker element in Swedish society are barbarians who came from other parts of the world beyond the fjords and the Baltic coastline…

  7. Perhaps the stage was set for Sweden’s descent into the maelstrom in 1973, when Sweden’s current monarch, Carl XVI Gustav, ascended the throne, and removed the phrase “by the grace of God” from all rituals of state.

This year, the current Swedish royal family, the House of Bernadotte, celebrates its 200th anniversary. The tale of its foundation would make LGBTIQ activists swell with pride, because love made a family”, with consenting adults adopting each other as parent and child. In 1813, King Carl XIII adopted one of Napoleon’s generals, Jean-Baptiste Jules Bernadotte, as his son and heir. Monsieur Bernadotte succeeded his “father” five years later in 1818, as King Carl XIV.

  8. The Swedes are the most naïve people on the planet. The price to pay for this in the face of Islam is extinction.

  9. Wow! Bill, what’s happened to the curfew and bans on alcohol? Seems like their Muslim cousins are taking advantage of the free love and loose morals of the Swedish people as well as their uncultured lifestyle. Multiculturalism is a recipe for disaster, add in lawless Islamic practices which the outlaws win every time and boom we really have a big bang, a molotov cocktail. Thank God that no one who does evil here on earth will ever be in heaven and the twist is that the big banger wins! Blessings

  10. Are we going to take what is happening too Sweden as a warning or are we going to stick our heads high and say “we aren’t like them, this could never happen to us.”
I’m sure if we look back at some of Bill’s articles about Australia, we are beginning to head down the same path, only we are not as far down the road as Sweden.

  11. It is simply incomprehensible that Sweden allows this to happen to its own citizens. I don’t know what Sweden believes it owes this people it does not owe them becoming their victim. It’s now ‘to be expected’ that rapes will occur? Seriously?!? This is what goes for leadership in Sweden?

I would expel, by force if necessary, anyone who commits a crime. Individuals, groups, entire towns, if it meant the people were secure.

And otherwise, if the State won’t act, the Swedes might want to remind themselves they were a proud people that once knew how to wield a sword themselves.

I used to go to Sweden and thought it was a slice of heaven. This is no longer that country.

Multiculturalism is a hoax. There is no country where integration of mass immigrating people has ever worked.

I am shocked the Swedish State will do nothing to save its own citizens out of political correctness.

  12. The implementation of what is now known around the world as “The Nordic Model” was a great policy decision and has improved the safety and lives of women in Sweden. It has also provided a framework for other countries to adopt similar policies in their own country.

The current immigration policy, however undermines that progress. We must remember that Sweden has not had much experience dealing with Muslims throughout their history, like other nation-states have. Perhaps Sweden can learn from the bitter experience of other Western countries and adopt some of their policies regarding immigration.

  13. Bill, I have been banned from Facebook for about a week. It was supposed to be a 24 hour block, but I still can’t post. Today I was able to see other posts but twice I tried to post, and FB wouldn’t allow it.
#1 Does FB actually hire people to read posts and report them as going against community standards, or were a few words in all caps, or just a few key words enough to flag my statement?
#2 There is no way to question FB’s judgment. It’s final. I just dropped off the face of the earth, as far as my FB friends are concerned, with no way to let people know what happened! Maybe nobody has missed me, but I’ve missed them!

  14. Is claiming to be a “moderate” Muslim about the same things as being a “little bit pregnant”?
I am personally acquainted with a Muslim family and have meet many other Muslim women. They are hardworking, gracious, friendly, open to conversation about Jesus and the Bible, but of course, they claim Jesus was just a prophet, and the Bible we have was corrupted to leave out any references to Muhammad, Mecca, or Sharia! I worked with the mother for several months, teaching her rudimentary English, but she was mostly interested in getting her driver’s license. After that she was always too busy with out-of-town guests and other home responsibilities to continue our weekly visits. I know enough about Islam to realize they have no choice about being born into the cult, and they risk contact with their families if they leave. They might even risk death. This particular family is rather enlightened, though. The husband was anxious for his wife to learn to drive, his older daughters are both college educated, and they all care for two daughters with undetermined birth defects. I do not know how much this local Muslim community (all live in the same housing addition and a set of apartment buildings across the street) is controlled by an imam, the Muslim Brotherhood, or if their sons are training for jihad against the community that has welcomed them. The first to arrive did so about 15 years ago, but so far, they keep a pretty low profile, and none has run for public office yet.
